This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the DripGrows U.S. storefront. If a product page or checkout note says something different, that product-specific note applies.

Processing Times

Most website orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is authorized. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are typically reviewed on the next business day.

During periods of unusually high order volume, inventory reconciliation, or address verification, processing may take longer. If a meaningful delay occurs, DripGrows may contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates And Free Shipping

DripGrows offers free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders over $25. Orders below that threshold are charged the shipping rate shown at checkout based on the destination, order contents, and service level available.

If a product is marked as local-pickup-only, oversized, or otherwise excluded from standard parcel fulfillment, the product page or checkout flow will control instead of the general free-shipping threshold.

Delivery Windows And Tracking

After a package leaves our fulfillment workflow, final delivery timing depends on the carrier, destination, weather, and other logistics conditions. Delivery dates displayed by carriers or at checkout are estimates only.

When tracking is available, we send shipment details by email after dispatch so you can monitor the package in transit.

Address Accuracy And Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Incorrect or incomplete address details can lead to delays, returned packages, or extra fees imposed by the carrier.

Local Pickup

Certain products may be available for local pickup only, especially larger or specialized items that are not a good fit for standard parcel shipment. When pickup is available, the product page or purchase flow will say so clearly.

Local pickup is coordinated in the Sacramento, California area after scheduling is confirmed. Customers should wait for confirmation before arriving and should be prepared to provide the name, order email, or other identifying details tied to the request.
