This Return Policy applies to direct orders placed through the DripGrows U.S. storefront. If a product page, marketplace rule, or legal requirement says something different, that specific rule applies.

Return Window

For most direct purchases placed on the DripGrows storefront, customers may request a return within 30 days of the recorded delivery date.

After that window, returns are generally not accepted unless required by law or approved as an exception by the DripGrows support team.

Eligible Return Condition

Returned items should be unused or lightly handled only as needed to inspect the shipment and should be sent back with the original packaging, labels, and included components whenever practical.

Products that arrive damaged, incomplete, or incorrect should be reported as soon as possible so we can review the shipment details and guide the next step.

  • Keep the original packaging and order details until you know the item is right for your setup.
  • Do not send back parts that were cut, modified, contaminated, or materially installed unless the support team has approved the return.
  • Include the order reference and reason for the return request so the team can respond faster.

How To Start A Return

To request a return, contact DripGrows and include your order reference, the item involved, and the reason for the request. Once reviewed, the support team will confirm whether the return is approved and what shipping instructions apply.

Do not ship items back before approval. Unapproved or unidentified returns may delay processing.

Refunds And Fees

Approved refunds are generally issued back to the original payment method after the returned item is received and reviewed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

If a return requires a deduction because of missing parts, damage beyond ordinary inspection, or another approved adjustment, the support team will communicate that before the refund is finalized.

Non-Returnable Items And Separate Sales Channels

Some items may be final sale, custom, pickup-specific, or otherwise excluded from standard return treatment. If a listing or checkout flow says a product has special return terms, that product-specific notice controls.

Orders placed on Amazon or another marketplace are governed by that marketplace's return rules and should be handled through the original channel unless DripGrows support specifically tells you otherwise.
