Return Period

• Customers may return their items within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, all sales are considered final.

Return Conditions

• All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

• Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Visit our online portal at My Account and submit the return form.
2. A restocking fee of $4.99 will be charged for each order.
3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label by email.
4. Pack your item securely, including any documentation, the original receipt or invoice, and the product in its original packaging.
5. Affix the shipping label on the outside of the package.
6. Drop off the package at a suitable shipping location.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refunds may take a few days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including clearance items, gift cards, personalized items, and perishable goods. For these categories, all sales are considered final.
